The company was incorporated as a limited company under the registrar of companies at the Attorney Generals’ chamber. Kosmoil Petroleum (EA) Ltd is majoring in Import & Export of Gasoline (PMS), Distillates (Diesel & Jet A1), Black Oils (Bitumen & Fuel Oil), and Aviation Gas, Solar Energy and Wind Energy.
Kosmoil Petroleum (EA) Ltd was established by qualified professionals with vast experience in the Petroleum trade industry in the region, with the objective of providing state-of-the-art services in the Ex-stock Market as well as International Oil Trading and supply chain.

Kosmoil Petroleum (EA) Ltd has plans underway to operate downstream retail petrol stations within the East African community. Our objective is to develop a petroleum logistics chain in these markets by applying our regional petroleum market knowledge and experience for the improvement of service delivery to the energy sector within the region.
